Premise/Timeline
Year 2050.It has been a decade since a great earthquake shook Earth. South Korea, which was also affected by the world-wide phenomenon, transforms into an apocalyptic wasteland where everything from civilization to law and order has collapsed. Seoul is the only inhabitable area in the country, now called Neo Seoul, but has limited electricity, water, food, and tech supplies. A group of survivors pioneered to rebuild the city and life somehow was sustained for the past ten years.What's outside the city? No one's exactly sure. Those who dared go out never came back to tell stories. Would you be brave enough to explore the now unknown lands or stay inside the comforts of the city and survive in the new normal way of life?

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤ • • • How to be a Citizen • • •1. You must use an AFF/Tumblr account that’s at least one (1) month old to apply.2. FC reservations are valid for 48 hours. Incomplete application forms beyond this timeframe will open up the slot for the reserved FC for other applicants.3. We accept FCs that are internationally 20+ years old from Korea, Japan, Thailand, and China. Idols, actors, models, and/or those who are notable in the entertainment industry are accepted. Those who are already married and/or with kids, those currently involved in scandals, issues, under investigations, and/or anyone with too little official information are not allowed to be used. Content creators and social media influencers are currently not accepted as well.4. Muses age can be adjusted to 3 years older or younger from the FC's age, but not younger than 18 years old. Race bending isn't allowed, please select your FC well.5. Move-in couples are accepted. Just indicate it in the application form when you fill it out. Though this is allowed, threads with the significant other cannot be used for activity checks.6. Once accepted, wait for the Admin to announce your arrival and then give you the New Citizen Guide and walk you through the process before you can add people and start interactions.7. Note that the RP runs on GMT+8 timezone and this is what we follow for all activities in the community. Processing of applications are done on a daily basis and citizen introductions are done every Tuesdays and Saturdays.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤ• • • Citizen 101 • • •1. A biography is required for every member so others can reference to muses and it will be easier to discuss plots. It does not have to be in depth, as long as the basic details about your muse are present, the rest can be added as you move forward.2. No god-modding/metagaming.3. No mixing IC and OOC. OOC drama is highly discouraged while IC drama needs to be consented. Be responsible with how you approach people and be mindful that not everyone has the same mindset or preferences as yours.4. DMs are OOC by default unless labeled as IC and consented by all people involved. This is where people discuss for plot purposes only. The application password is popsicle.5. Label threads, SNS posts, and/or self paras appropriately, if needed. Trigger and content warnings must be placed on top or beginning of starters for everyone to be aware. Reading labeled threads/posts will be at the members own risk.6. The RP is generally SFW, NSFW threads must then be done in private instead.6. Make efforts to interact with different people and avoid bubble RPing or being in cliques.7. For concerns and issues, approach the Admin for assistance first and avoid talking to other members for resolution. Let’s not add more gas to the fire. The Pioneers might ask for evidence or proof to resolve certain cases, so please cooperate.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤ• • • Survival Pack • • •1. Activity is checked every 13 days. Only public posts are valid, therefore, private threads are not accepted for activity checks. Forms of activity are combinations of the following:
- 2 SNS posts
- 3 SNS comments on other members’ posts
- 2 thread replies
- 1 plot starter2. AC time periods: activity from 1st-13th of the month will be checked on the 15th and activity from 15th-28th will be checked on the 30th of the month.3. All members are required to have 3 active threads at minimum during their entire stay in the RP.4. Submitting a thread reply/starter with the same muse twice in a row is not allowed. Threads with your muse's significant other will not be accepted as proof of activity. This is to encourage people to interact with other muses in the RP.5. No activity for 13 days will be ground for removal from the RP.6. If a citizen is removed due to inactivity and wishes to come back, they must wait for 5 days before they can re-apply. If a citizen left the RP voluntarily and wishes to come back, they must wait for 7 days before they can re-apply.7. Inform the Pioneers if you plan to leave. Leaving/deactivating without advise/proper procedure will automatically open your slot for others and you will be blacklisted. If your account is disabled, please contact us immediately through our AFF/Tumblr accounts.
ㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ• • • Neo Seoul • • •1. Citizens are classified based on their designated tasks in the city aside from their regular paying jobs. These classifications are like side jobs they do for the community.- Scouts: The ones who guard the wall and venture in the outskirts of the city in search of something useful or look for survivors. They also keep the peace and order while implementing new policies given by the Pioneers.- Green thumbs: They take care of the vegetation and livestock in the city. These people make sure everyone gets enough food by distributing rations themselves per household. They also aim to bring back the colors in the devastated city by cultivating perfect areas for flowers, trees, and other types of plants.- Academics: People who devote time and knowledge to research ways to improve everyone's way of life in the city (how to get more energy for electricity, tech for devices, cure for diseases, etc.) They're mainly the ones who run the university as they also act as the teachers/professors to the students while doing their research in the campus grounds.- Social butterflies: These are the people who do social works and gatherings for the benefit of everyone. They are also the ones who usually entertain and uplifts others' spirits and shares positive vibes despite the dark phase everyone's facing.2. City-wide outages usually occur and these happen on the first Friday of the month. This is to conserve energy and goes for an entire 24 hours. Power, internet, and water are on-hold during this period.3. Mode of transportation is generally by train. Cars and buses are still available, but finding fuel is difficult. People usually travel by bikes or electric vehicles for short distances.4. The entire city is surrounded by concrete walls and barbed wires to protect citizens from outside dangers unknown to them. Scouts man the area to make sure nothing unusual gets in the city.5. Jobs became limited since not all businesses can still function the same as before. School was restored by the Pioneers and surviving children and young adults still continue their education by going to the only available university in Seoul, Ha-neul University. (LOCKED LOCATION)6. The monthly collections are being used to fund research for more daily supply sources and maintenance of current utilities.

One item, one purchase policy only.2. All received transactions will be processed in the order they were received. Members' zen amount will be updated right after a successful purchase.3. Tuhka Plaza is closed during Admin Week. To be assisted with transactions, we encourage members to make purchases before this period. Submitted purchases within this period will be processed when the Admin resumes RP work.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤ• • • Hiatus • • •1. A member can file hiatus from 7 days minimum to 14 days maximum. 1 muse, 1 hiatus form.2. Main and second accounts filing for hiatus should have separate forms.3. A proof of activity should be done within 72 hours after return from hiatus. Remember that the RP runs on GMT+8. Failure to do so will result in the member's removal from the RP.4. Members who wish to extend their hiatus may advice the Admin before their hiatus period end. Only 1 extension is allowed per calendar month.5. Members who are on hiatus will be exempted from Activity Check, but not Monthly Collection.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤ• • • Second Muses • • •1. A member can apply for a second muse after 30 days of stay in the RP. There should be no warnings for inactivity and the required zen points is also met.2. The FC should not be from the same group or affiliation as the first muse to avoid face hogging.3. First and second muses are not allowed to have threads together. SNS interactions are allowed but cannot be submitted as form of activity.4. Points and zen earned by each muse cannot be combined but can be transferred to each other.5. Each muse should meet activity requirements or else, the less inactive muse will be removed.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤ• • • The Pointing System • • •1. Citizens can earn points during their stay in the RP. These points are referred to as trinkets.2. Trinkets can be earned through any of the following methods:
• Participating in events and/or utilizing prompt drops (15 trinkets)
• Activity checks submission:
+ SNS post (10 trinkets)
+ 3 SNS comments on other citizens’ posts (5 trinkets for first comment only)
+ Thread starter or reply (15 trinkets)
• Trading inventory items (depends on the item to be traded)

• • • TEMENOS • • • The governing establishment found in the center of the city where all plans and decisions are made. It was one of the first structures that was repaired, so the ruling citizens can be easily approached. It is where people go for assistance while living within Neo Seoul grounds. Beside it are the Police and Fire stations. The leaders are always prioritizing the citizens' security and safety at all times.
• • • LUMINA RESIDENCES • • • A 15-floor condominium that wasn't completed even before the calamity happened. The Pioneers somehow managed to make electricity and water supply work from the ground floor until the 5th floor only. There are five rooms in every floor that every surviving citizen occupies.
• • • BATHYAL DISTRICT • • • This is considered the slums in Neo Seoul. Danger lurks in the corners of this place as gangs are often found here and they control almost every small businesses around. Tuhka Plaza is located here.
• • • TUHKA PLAZA • • • A place where citizens buy and sell scrap items, old possessions, and things found in the borders of the city for low prices. It is also believed that even illegal items can be found here. (LOCKED LOCATION, items will be available once location is unlocked)

Q: What's the difference between Zen and Trinkets?A: Zen is the currency used in the RP, it's equivalent to money. Trinkets are the points earned by a member during their stay in the RP. The muses uses zen, while the muns use the trinkets.⸻Q: How do locked features be unlocked?A: Members need to work together to earn required trinkets to unlock features.⸻Q: What's monthly collection?A: This is the contribution collected every month that will be added in the community trinket count. It can later be used to unlock RP features that everyone can take advantage of. The contribution by default is 50zen or 30 trinkets.⸻Q: Can muses go outside the city?A: Yes, they can.
